Flourless Chocolate Cake

This is the most delicious free of flour chocolate cake you will have! We and I had it years ago at a friends house (not an original recipe) and from then on, its been my husbands request every birthday. I would describe it as a cross between brownies and cake.

Literally the fastest desert.....

Set your oven to 350°

- 1 Bag semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

- 1 can (15ounces) chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained and rinsed

- 4 eggs

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Add all ingredients to a food processor (or blender) I use my vitamin and it works perfect.

Pour it into a well buttered 9 inch pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. After 30 minutes pull it out and test the center with a knife. If the knife doesn't come out clean bake for another 5-10 minutes.

This is the first time I've used a springform baking pan (I had to google what they were called) and it worked wonders! highly recommend!

Then, viola! its done! We usually eat as-is, served with ice-cream. I have seen othesr dust it with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream and strawberries. Do as you wish!

I dare you to make it without telling your husband, friends, or kids whats in it and see how they like it!
